Apply for Sponsor Licence
Applying for a sponsor licence isn't something you want to rush through on your own — the Home Office has specific requirements, and even small mistakes in your application can cause delays or, worse, a refusal. Getting it right the first time matters.

Most applications go through within around 8 weeks, but if you're in a hurry, the priority service can turn things around in as little as 10 days. Either way, you're not doing it blind — we're with you every step of the way.
Sponsor Yourself
Once your sponsor licence is approved, you'll be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship directly through your own company. It's a step that a lot of people don't realise is possible — but as a licensed sponsor, you have that ability.
From there, you can use that CoS to apply for a Skilled Worker visa in your own right. No relying on another employer, no uncertainty about your position — just a straightforward route to securing your stay in the UK on your own terms. It's one of the more practical ways to take genuine control of your immigration situation, and once the pieces are in place, the process is a lot more straightforward than most people expect.

Once everything is in place, we'll guide you through the Skilled Worker visa application itself. By this point, the hard work is largely done — your company is registered, your sponsor licence is approved, and your CoS is issued. The visa application is the final piece.
The whole journey, from setting up your company to having your visa in hand, typically takes around 3 to 4 months.
